Brian Connolly

Founder & CEO

Brian’s 20+ years of experience in market research, financial advisory, and strategic planning has helped cities, teams, and organizations turn complex venue projects into reality. His leadership ensures that every project Victus undertakes is rooted in data, financial sustainability, and long-term success. 

Prior to founding Victus, Brian was a senior venue consultant specializing in market, financial, and economic analysis for sports/recreation facilities and public assembly venues. 

He also worked in a business strategy role for both the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals and NBA’s Orlando Magic, served as finance director for a market research firm advising Fortune 500 financial companies, and worked as a municipal bond analyst for an investment bank in the Northeast.

Moab, Utah. Park City was that answer 15 years ago, so we moved there.

Driving the entire coast of Ireland, stopping in the small towns along the way.
