Victus Advisors conducted a comprehensive market demand study, engaging Army Athletics donors, fans and stakeholders through surveys and interviews. We analyzed preferences for luxury seating products, including suites, loge boxes and club seating, while benchmarking trends from peer institutions to inform design recommendations.
